The Annual Meeting of the Hickory County Library Board was held September 10, 2019 at 10 am in the Hickory County Library Community Room, at the Hickory County Library, 18376 New Hermitage Drive, Hermitage, Missouri, 65668.
President Hal Geltmacher called the meeting to order at 10 am.
Members present were:
President Hal Geltmacher
Vice-President, Shelly Aubuchon
Secretary Judy Baker
Trustee Traci Brown
Stacy Coulsell, Library Administrator
Library Board Treasurer Gerda Fitts was absent. Attendance was taken via the expense voucher.
After reviewing the agenda for the Annual Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Hickory County Judy Baker moved to accept the agenda as presented. Traci Brown seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
The purpose of this meeting was to set the Hickory County Library tax rate.
Secretary Judy Baker moved to set the Hickory County Library District tax rate at 0.1302. Shelly Aubuchon moved to second the motion. All in favor and the motion carried unanimously.
It was noted that this information will now complete the Annual Pro Forma required by the State Auditor’s office, once it is completed by the Hickory County Clerk.
Having no further business this meeting adjourned at 10:10 am.
