Spring Book Sale
April 8 @ 9:30 am - April 12 @ 7:00 pm
The Friends of the Library will be hosting a Spring Book Sale April 8 to April 12. Come pick up some old favorites or find some new treasures while you help support your library. 9:30 am to 7 pm. all week.
Friends of the Library
The Friends of the Library group is here to promote and support our local library and its activities. The Library is a great asset in our community. We encourage everyone to use the library: children, youth and adults.
Please Join Us
The next Friends of the Library Book Sale is set for the week of Oct. 10, 2022.
We invite everyone to join our group.
- Dues are only $10.00 a year.
- Meetings for 2022 will be held at 10 a.m. in the Barrett Room October 10 and December 12.
- 2023 meetings are set for: Feb 13, Apr 10, June 12, Aug 14, Oct 9 and Dec 11.
- Our special project is giving books to children through the County Health Department and the Hickory County C.A.R.E.S. Food Pantry.
- Proceeds from these used book sales and dinners are used to pay the insurance for the Library building.
