Mushroom Program – Part 2

Learn all about mushrooms at this 2-part event. Hosted by the library at the Hermitage R-IV school cafeteria, we’ll talk about Origin and environmental importance, world use and history and medicinal usage, including personal experiences and health benefits. We’ll also discuss culinary past and future, commercial and local markets. Cautions will be included.
